Work permit

We inform applicants the work permit rules and issuance process for foreign workers in Vietnam. The ministry of labor issues work permits to foreigners who meet specific legal requirements.

Work permit application process :

• Analysis of the applicant's situation for the eligibility criteria.
• Provide all the documents list required for the work permit.
• Constitute the file after receiving all required documents.
• Deposit the complete file at the office of the ministry of labor.

The processing time for a work permit request is a total of 45 days to 60 days once the file is complete. The work permit's cost varies depending on where the file is submitted and the applicant's situation.
